Yes, we ship internationally. Please see click this link for more info. All orders placed before 12 pm EST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4 pm EST will generally be processed and shipped the next business day. All our international packages are shipped via DHL. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that every order over $199.00 will require a signature.

Yes, Eye Design NY offers domestic shipping. All orders placed before 12 pm EST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm EST will generally be processed and shipped the next business day. All our domestic packages are shipped via UPS/USPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that every order over $199.00 will require a signature. Depending on your location, orders usually arrive in 1–4 business days.

We strongly encourage you to inspect all products immediately upon receipt. Our damaged products policy follows: if you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may contact customer service via chat or email at [email protected] within twenty-four (24) hours for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after twenty-hours (24) hours. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Eye Design is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by the selected shipping carriers.

Exchanges must be in original, unopened, and unused condition.

Our order cancellation policy is as follows: all shipped orders that are unclaimed for 14 days after the shipping date are final sales—no return or exchange is available.

Eye Design NY is not responsible for lost, damaged, or returned packages after they have been shipped to the customer.

Note that for a refund, returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of your receipt.
