A long-lasting coloured cosmetic pencil Cosmetic Art that will allow you to stay flawless 24 hours a day. Does not flow, does not smudge, keeps a bright and rich color from applying to removing makeup. The soft gel texture allows you to comfortably apply the pencil to the eyelid. Apply the pencil along the lash line on the upper and/or lower eyelids. For a more expressive effect, paint the mucous membrane of the eyes in the classic kayal technique.
