RETURN POLICY

 

To return any products, first, you have to contact support via chat or email (sales@eyedn.com) with a return reason.

Please note that returns must be made within fourteen (14) days of your receipt date for a refund.

All merchandise must be in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

Merchandise returned to EyeDesignStore.com will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt. A confirmation email will be sent once your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment.

Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

EXCHANGE POLICY

 

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is ordered in error. If you will need to exchange your product, please review the information below:

We accept exchanges on items purchased on com only up to fourteen (14) days after the original purchase.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS POLICY

 

We strongly encourage you to inspect all products immediately upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, you may contact customer service via chat or email at sales@eyedn.com, within twenty-four (24) hours for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after twenty-hours (24) hours. The shipping costs are not refundable. Eye Design is not responsible for any damages or losses caused by the selected shipping careers.

 

CANCELLATION ORDERS POLICY

 

All shipped orders that were unclaimed during 14 days after shipping date are final sales, no return or exchange is available.

Eye Design is not responsible for lost, damaged or returned packages after they have been shipped to customer

International Shipping Policy

 

All orders placed before 12 Noon EST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 4PM EST will generally be processed and shipped the next business day. All of our international packages are shipped via DHL.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

 

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Price and Product Specification

 

Prices shown are list prices and are subject to change without notice. Prices may also be changed without notice due to unforeseen cost increases of imported products, raw materials, or currency fluctuations. We carefully check pricing and product specifications, but occasionally errors can occur, therefore we reserve the right to change both without notice. We are not responsible for customer pricing errors. Some variations between picture and product may occur.

 

Classes

 

By submitting this application to participate in one of N & M's training courses, you agree that you have read and agree and undertake to comply with all provisions of this Agreement. Before the start of training, you are required to provide the instructor present at the training sessions Two(2) hard copies of the agreement with original signatures along with a photo identification to confirm Client's identity. Additionally, N & M requires a photocopy of client's professional license or certificate, and/or other required credentials. Client shall not be allowed to be present in the classroom and take further training if the aforementioned documentation is not provided.

 

Payments

 

Client must make full payment Fourteen (14) days prior to the training.

If the program is less than two (2) weeks away at the time of registration, the Client will be advised that they must pay in full at registration.

All Clients registering for a program on a waitlist, must be paid in full at the time of registration.

 All fees are non-refundable after the program and course have initiated.


Registration

 

  1. After a Client registers for a course on the N & M website, N & M will determine if the Client is initially eligible to register for the class. If the Client is found to be initially eligible, the Client will receive a confirmation e-mail to confirm receipt of their reservation request.
  2. Client must wait to be Officially Registered and confirm enrollment in a course. At this time, the Client is not enrolled in the course but considered pre-approved for registration. In order to be considered enrolled, the following conditions shall be satisfied:
  3. A return email with the mark "certified" with the date of training and confirmation of enrollment shall be sent to Client along with program description and contact information
  4. Within three (3) days of receipt of the e-mail stating the confirmation of enrollment, the Client is to pay the deposit stated for their program. Once the deposit is received timely after receiving the confirmation e-mail of enrollment, the Client is considered registered for the class.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

  1. Once the enrollment confirmation e-mail is received and the Client pays the deposit for the specific program, the deposit shall be considered non-refundable.
  2. In the event that the Client must reschedule, the Client may transfer their deposit to another class ONE-TIME only. The following time a transfer is requested, the transfer will be subject to a one-hundred-fifty-dollar ($150.00) penalty. N & M reserves the right to deny any and all transfer requests after two requests are made.
  3. In the event the Client must cancel the training, at the discretion of the Client, they may elect to instead spend the deposit on products sold by N & M in the amount of one-hundred- fifty-dollar ($150.00). At no time shall the value of the deposit paid for the purposes of usage for products sold by N & M exceed one-hundred-fifty-dollar ($150.00) in credit.

 

Company Renounces Liability for Costs for Client

 

Company shall not be liable for any costs incurred by a potential client, including hotel reservations, flights, all transportation costs and housing costs in attending the training. Company denies any liability for the payment of any costs incurred by Client due to improper understanding of the mechanism for registration for training for the program.

 

Fees Subject to Change

 

All fees are subject to change at any time by N &M. Various factors can affect a fee change. N & M shall inform the Client as soon as a fee change becomes applicable.
